Return Policy

We are confident that you will love your new handmade guitar. Each instrument is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return period to ensure you're happy with your purchase.

Eligibility for Return

You have 30 days from the date your guitar is delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible, the guitar must be returned in the original condition it was received. This includes:

• No signs of wear, damage, or alteration (scratches, dents, dings, etc.).

• All original accessories, such as the case, strap, and any included tools, must be returned.

• The guitar must be returned with its original packaging to ensure safe transit.

• There will be a 25% restocking fee for all guitar returns.

Guitars that have been modified or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at jvangundy@vangundycustoms.com to inform us of your intention to return the guitar. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Once your return is approved, the item may be shipped back. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Carefully pack the guitar in its original packaging, if possible, ensuring it is secure for shipping.

4. Ship the guitar back to us for evaluation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned guitar, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund, minus the 25% restocking fee, will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
