Custom Order Process
Thank you for the opportunity to build your next instrument. We are dedicated to providing you with a high-quality guitar and a seamless experience.
In-Stock Purchases For instruments currently available for immediate purchase, the full balance—including shipping, handling, and insurance—is due prior to shipment.
Custom Build Process & Deposits
Deposit: All custom orders require a non-refundable 50% down payment to enter our production schedule.
The Agreement: This deposit serves as your formal purchase agreement. Once received, we immediately secure your materials and begin construction on the neck blank, allowing it to stabilize throughout the duration of the build.
Verification: Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send an invoice and a detailed work order. This document outlines every specification we discussed to ensure your guitar is built exactly to your requirements.
Payment Information
Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and bank debit cards.
Alternative Payments: Any other forms of payment must be discussed and agreed upon prior to purchase.
Currency & Clearing: All transactions are processed in US Dollars. Work will commence, and instruments will ship, only after payments have fully cleared.
Return Policy
We are confident that you will love your new handmade guitar. Each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return period to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
